Followed by a choice from the selection below which is cooked to order using locally produced fresh produce:
A Full English Breakfast consisting of Fried Free Range Eggs,
Grilled ‘Chunky Farmhouse‘ Pork Sausage and Dry Cured Bacon from ‘Honeywell’s Butchers’ at Barton Grange, Bury Black Pudding,
fried mushrooms and grilled on the vine tomatoes

For a lighter option:- Poached or Scrambled Free Range Eggs on Toast

Omelettes served either plain, or filled with Dewlay Creamy Lancashire Cheese, accompanied with fried mushrooms and grilled tomatoes
